FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you create your artwork?

A: I have spent years developing techniques and a unique style. I use a variety of tools and techniques to create my art work. It just depends what medium my clients are interested in. I am a classic artist who loves to draw and paint. I also use acrylic and high quality art resin on wood and alternate between pouring and painting. I am also a digital artist using AI to create a wide range of works, from simple images to complex abstract works and I often use photoshop for editing.

The one I love is sold out. Will you do more?

A: Yes! We're always creating new items! Make sure to sign up for the email list so you don't miss out on the next release of original artwork.

How do I best care for my art piece?

A: To ensure that your art canvas lasts for years to come, here are a few tips on how to best care for it:

1. Keep your art canvas out of direct sunlight to help protect the colors from fading, and keep it away from heat sources such as radiators or fireplaces.

2. Clean your canvas with a damp cloth when necessary, avoiding harsh cleaners and abrasives.

3. Use a backing board when storing your canvas to protect it from getting warped or distorted.

4. Finally, display your canvas in a way that is safe and secure, such as in frames or with other support structures.

What carrier do you use for shipping?

A: For all prints and smaller original paintings, we ship using USPS Priority Mail. For larger originals, we ship using FedEx.

Is Resin food safe?

A: Yes, once Resin is cured, it is fully inert and can be safely used as a food contact surface.

Is Resin heat resistant?

A: The maximum temperature that cured Resin can tolerate is 120F or 50C.

  • At temperatures as high as that, the cured pieces may become a little flexible but once they cool off, they will harden up once again. Typically, the heat generated from a hot mug will not damage the resin surface on a coaster, but if your cured resin is exposed to temperatures beyond 120F or 50C, however - for example, you place a hot dish right out of the oven on a resined surface or you leave a cured piece in a hot car - it could cause irreparable damage

What Can I clean my Resin art with?

A: To clean, use a soft rag or duster to wipe down. Wash it with mild dish soap and water if you’re using it to serve food.

No dishwasher.

Can I put my Resin art in sunlight or outside?

A: Display in an area that is not in direct sunlight to prevent yellowing or fading of the artwork. DO NOT store or display your Resin art outside or in any heat.

What is the normal processing time?

A: It will take up to 14 business days to manufacture depending on the season and the details of your order. Please be aware that manufacturing time is NOT shipping time, this is the time we need to manufacture your custom item.
